Attorney Yuandi Li is licensed to practice law in both California and New York and brings a strong legal foundation along with extensive cross-disciplinary experience. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from George Washington University Law School, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law. After graduating from law school, Ms. Li served as a judicial law clerk at the New Jersey Superior Court, where she was deeply involved in judicial proceedings and developed a rigorous approach to legal analysis. She later practiced at large law firms in New York and San Francisco, gaining substantial experience handling a wide range of complex matters and developing the ability to craft precise and effective legal strategies in challenging environments. Throughout her career, Ms. Li has achieved outstanding results in the field of immigration law, successfully representing clients in a broad spectrum of cases, including EB-5 investor visas (both direct and regional center), H-1B specialty occupation visas, EB-1A extraordinary ability petitions, L-1/EB-1C multinational executive and manager cases, and family-based immigration matters. In addition, she has demonstrated strong litigation capabilities in civil matters, with particular strength in personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases. In handling car accident and related personal injury cases, Ms. Li takes a comprehensive approach—from liability analysis and evidence development to settlement negotiations. She has a deep understanding of insurance companies' claims practices and defense strategies, enabling her to effectively advocate for her clients and maximize recovery, including medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. In complex or highly contested cases, she is also well-equipped to advance matters through litigation and provide strong legal representation in court. Mr. Wu is a bilingual technology transactions counsel whose work sits at the intersection of corporate, commercial contract and privacy. He currently advises on various start-ups, funding, data-center leasing/colocation, cloud GPU and hardware sourcing, and commercial engagements. Previously, he practiced at multinational corporations as well as a large Bay Area law firm handling corporate and M&A matters. He works comfortably across the U.S., Europe, and Asia in English and Chinese.

Attorney Cui is a seasoned trial attorney specializing in immigration law, family law, and criminal defense, committed to comprehensively protecting clients' rights both in and out of court. She graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and has solid professional background and rich practical experience. In immigration, she provides comprehensive representation for removal defense, asylum, VAWA, O-1 & EB-1A extraordinary ability applications; in family law, she handles divorce, property division, child custody and support, domestic violence restraining orders; in criminal defense, she provides DUI defense and other criminal case defense. Attorney Cui is known for meticulous case preparation and highly persuasive court advocacy.

Juno Du is the Marketing Manager at LYD Law, leading the firm's creative and strategic communications across digital and print platforms. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Juno bridges cultures and connects LYD Law with a diverse global audience of entrepreneurs, professionals, and families. At LYD Law, Juno oversees brand storytelling, content strategy, and client engagement initiatives that highlight the firm's values of professionalism, empathy, and trust. Their work integrates visual design, social media, and bilingual marketing to make complex immigration information accessible and engaging. Josefina graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies with a degree in Advanced English Translation and is a graduate student in Business Administration at Sun Yat-sen University. She has worked in education in Peru and Mexico, served as a director at Guangdong Television, and worked as International Affairs Manager at Sun Yat-sen University.
