BRANDY LI (ATTORNEY)

Attorney Li is skilled at handling complex immigration issues. She has represented multinational corporations and local startups in hiring, retaining and obtaining employment authorization for foreign nationals. Attorney Li specializes in handling EB-1A petitions and has accumulated many years of experience. She represents clients in obtaining legal permanent resident status for top medical professionals, artists, athletes, entertainers, and entrepreneurs. Numerous applications previously denied by the USCIS have been approved following Attorney Li’s involvement.

Attorney Li is licensed to practice law in California and New York. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law, a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from George Washington Law School, and a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall Law School. After completing law school, Ms. Li worked as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey and then for large law firms in New York and San Francisco, where she participated in the entire process of various immigration cases. Charles Cheng (Outside Counsel)

Charles Cheng Admitted in California. He is a member of Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an advising expert at Alumni Ventures Group, and Health Engine, an UC Berkeley's healthcare start-up accelerator. He served as a Partner at Amino Capital, a Researcher at the Business and Human Rights Resource Centre, and a PILnet Fellow at Columbia Law School. He holds an LLM in Corporate Governance and Practice from Stanford Law School, an LLB, LLM, and Ph.D. in Jurisprudence from Wuhan University School of Law, along with a Graduate Certificate in International Studies from the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies. In 2021, he received the distinguished honor of being elected as one of the Forbes 60 Outstanding Chinese in North America, a testament to his exceptional achievements and profound influence in the field.

SUSAN SUN (LEGAL ASSISTANT)

Ms. Sun has a bachelor’s degree in English and American literature from Peking University in China and a master’s degree in computer science from San Jose State University in the United States. She worked as a software engineer at Cisco for many years. Since 2009 she has been active in the education field, providing speech and behavioral intervention and family counseling for special-needs children.

JOSEFINA GAN (LEGAL ASSISTANT)

 Ms. Gan graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, majoring in advanced English translation. She received her master’s degree in business management at Sun Yat-sen University in China. She has worked in education in Peru and Mexico. She has been a director of Guangdong TV Station and a director of foreign affairs at Sun Yat-sen University.
